About me:
I am a retired Police Officer with a passion for Health and Well Being, particularly how physical health contributes to improvement in mental health. During my career, this led me to found the West Midlands Police Crossfit Club to help and support my colleagues to improve their lives.
I've always been active and so far enjoyed undertaking a variety of fitness and mental challenges including rugby, triathlons, ultra marathons, mountaineering, Crossfit, skiing, surfing, and cold water therapy.
I am a Husband and Father to two children, and daddy to three dogs.

Interests - Hillwalking and running, Crossfit (the odd competition when I get my arm twisted), Dogs, Family, playing the Guitar (badly), trying new things.
